Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed through our website.

Return & Refund Policy:

• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are available for selected products only.

• You must raise a return or refund request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

• Refunds will be processed within 2 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• The return details for each product can be found on the respective product page. Please note that the return policy may be updated without prior notice.

• If a pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.

• Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Important Notes for Returns:

• Items must be unused and unwashed to maintain hygiene standards.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact. Returns without original tags will not be accepted.

• Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
